Who we are
Team Tonk Coaching provides online fitness and bodybuilding coaching. If you have any question about this notice or about your information, contact us on Instagram at @jimmytonk.
What we collect
When you complete the coaching application form we collect the details you give us. This usually includes your name, email address, phone number, Instagram handle and the answers you provide about your goals and experience. We do not ask for special category data, so please do not include health details beyond what is needed to describe your training goals.
Like most websites, our hosting also keeps standard technical logs, such as your device type and the pages you view, to keep the site secure and working.
Why we use it
We use your application details to respond to your enquiry, understand what you are looking for, and decide together whether coaching is the right fit. Our lawful basis for this is to take steps at your request before entering into an agreement, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the site and respond to you, such as our website hosting provider and, if you accept analytics cookies, Google. These providers act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.
Cookies
This site uses the cookies needed to keep it secure and working, including a session cookie when you log in to a client area. These are always on.
With your permission, we also use Google Analytics, provided by Google, to see how the site is used: which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from, and whether an application or booking was sent. When you first visit, a banner asks whether to allow this. No analytics cookies are set unless you press Accept, and you can change your cookie choice at any time. We do not use advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your application details for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, for the length of our working relationship and a reasonable period afterwards. If you ask us to delete your details and we have no need to keep them, we will.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to object to how we use it. To make a request, contact us on Instagram at @jimmytonk. If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
